Update: Summer 2003, Jay is making a name change to the Jay Hansen Movement (formerly Jay Hansen Project) "to represent his shift towards more of a roots rock/reggae/jam style."
On March 10, 2003, Jay Hansen's managment gave permission for shows to be hosted at the Archive:

I am interested in adding a live show of an artist I represent added to your

The artist's name is Jay Hansen...We recorded a live performance at Arlene's
Grocery this past January...

* Audience taping is allowed and encouraged at all Jay Hansen shows. But, no soundboard feeds or power supplies will be available. Just Microphones...
* If Jay is playing an event which features additional acts, the taping policy of the headlining band and/or venue will dictate the taping policy for that show...
* Be considerate of those fans around you and that you're not blocking their view of the performance or getting in the way of the band/fans...
* Selling any live recording is illegal and not allowed...If you chose to attempt to sell any live recording you may face legal repercussions
